This form is an agreement between you and ABSA, and will require permission from your direct report, and payment of the $2,200 fee. No cancellations can be accepted once this form is submitted.

AGREEMENT

By submitting this form I agree that I have permission from my direct supervisor/line manager to undertake this one year program.

Further, I agree that I am prepared to undertake the full year program to the best on my ability.

I agree to cover the cost of the course, which is $2,200 (incl GST), an invoice for which will be emailed to you upon receiving this Registration.
