2025 Conference - A  Conference especially for new leaders in Boarding

ABSA holds an annual conference for those new to leadership positions in boarding including those moving from one boarding role to a new school, or for those who are completely new to boarding. This a wonderful professional learning and networking conference shared with those in the same situation and will give participants practical skills and a strong understanding of the challenge of taking on a new leadership role in boarding. The two days will also provide excellent networking opportunities. Registration cost is $750 per person.

Accommodation is available at the Mercure Gold Coast Resort, with room and breakfast for $199 per night. All accommodation bookings must be made through the registration form. Please contact the ABSA Office (07 3205 4940) if you require further information.

10:30am - Morning Tea

11.00am - Taking on a New Leadership Role - Lawson Waser

12:30pm - Lunch

1.15pm - Dealing with Difficult Parents - Megan Krimmer and Andrew Hawkins 

2:15pm - Round table discussions on the leadership role
