Our award-winning programs bring athletes, coaches, educators, young people, and parents together — because we believe sport and education are two of the most powerful classrooms for building inclusion, empathy, and leadership.
Reflect Forward is one of Australia’s leading anti-racism education initiatives, having worked with over 300 schools across the country. We also work with national sporting organisations such as the Australian Sports Commission. Our goal is to empower schools and clubs to turn values into action through sport-based programs that develop student leadership, strengthen cultural safety, and promote belonging.
Each partnership with boarding schools is co-designed to reflect their culture and priorities - whether through sport-based workshops, student leadership training, or staff learning sessions. We take pride in providing a boutique, relationship-driven service that is flexible, evidence-informed, and grounded in real-world impact.
Our facilitators include current and former professional athletes, as well as educators and community leaders with lived experience, who leverage the power of storytelling and sport to spark courageous conversations about respect, identity, and inclusion. The result is more than a workshop — it’s a movement that empowers young people to lead the change they wish to see in their communities.
