St John’s Anglican College is a Kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational Christian school founded in 1994 and located at Forest Lake, Brisbane. With over 1000 students including an International College, St John’s offers a faith-led education within an Anglican framework and is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. As St John’s educators, it is our responsibility to nurture and develop every child to prepare them for life in a globally connected world. We do this through delivery of an exciting, joyful, and innovative learning experience and range of programs that prepares our students by developing capability, collaboration and strong disciplined characters. Learners at St John’s are continually encouraged to appreciate our international community and to care for others by becoming global citizens. St John’s Home Boarding was launched in 2020 offering private boarding for domestic students (years 7-12) leveraging the long-established relationships of St John’s registered homestay families.

St John’s Home Boarding connects families in regional and rural regions to a St John’s Education with students immersed in a St John’s way of life, involved in some of the College’s many rich co-curriculum activities and supported through the student positive wellbeing structure, while having the option to return home to spend time with their own families.

Creating a positive culture and ensuring that every one of our students has positive individual wellbeing is something we take very seriously at St John’s. It is part of the St John’s way, where everyone is responsible for upholding our College values of faith, love, hope, justice, courage, community and striving to achieve a respectful and inclusive College community.
