We know boys. We know how to harness their energy, curiosity and thirst for competition. Since 1909 the tradition of boarding has played an important role in the life of Brisbane Boys' College. BBC Boarding provides a stable educational environment for boys to grow and develop independence and character while learning to cooperate and live with others in a close community.
Brisbane Boys’ College moves beyond education to total care, offering unique opportunities to meet friends from around the world, and to develop confidence, character and independence with support from a diverse yet collective community. A strong sense of camaraderie, team spirit and brotherhood has become synonymous with boarding at BBC.
Our modern fully air-conditioned facilities provide boys of all ages with individual, comfortable accommodation, a common room with TVs and gaming consoles, and allocated group study areas. With an emphasis on privacy, each boy also has his personal study space.
Only four kilometres from the CBD, students have easy access to shopping precincts, sporting grounds, art galleries and transport with bus stops located directly outside the school and a railway station and ferry terminal only a five minute walk away.
Visit our website to watch a short feature film about life as a boarder and what it means to be part of the BBC family. Speak directly with our staff and book a campus tour by calling +61 7 3309 3658 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
