Founded in 2014, UWC Dilijan is one of eighteen UWC colleges around the world with a mission “to make education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future”. Offering the IB Diploma Programme to students ages 16-19, it is a co-educational residential school with 225 students from 80 countries and a 40-strong international faculty. A true cultural, geographic and socio-economic diversity, enabled through scholarships, is the cornerstone of the UWC values.

UWC Dilijan’s state-of-the art campus occupies eight hectares within mountainous forests of Dilijan National Park.  Located at the junction of Asia and Europe in an area with a rich multi-cultural heritage, the college is an integral part of Dilijan and Armenia aiming to make, through education, transformational personal, local and global impact.

An independent not-for-profit international boarding school, UWC Dilijan belongs to a charitable trust registered in Armenia and overseen by an all-volunteer board.
