The International School of Schaffhausen offers high quality international education starting from primary through to secondary and Diploma level. All our programmes are authorized and monitored by the world renowned International Baccalaureate (IB).

ISSH Junior College, where education is REAL

The ISSH Junior College is the final 2 years of ISSH. Our Junior College students, whether day students or boarders, achieve their full potential as unique individuals and responsible community members.

Here we provide a forward thinking approach to residential education. Whilst still located in the same beautiful and safe environment, in contrast to the traditional boarding school model, ISSH Junior College is neither isolated nor exclusive.

Our international students learn how to live and contribute in the real world. They develop a sense of responsibility for themselves, others and their environment and fully engage with their studies and career planning.

Our students are active both mentally and physically due to our wide variety of extra-curricular activities, outings, work placements, service projects and challenging academics.
