The King’s School, Tudor House, the Southern Highlands campus of The King’s School, offers a unique education to both boys and girls, from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6.

With more than 120 years of education experience, we continue to provide our students with an ideal learning environment, perfect for creating memories that will last a lifetime. Old Tudorians, still heavily involved in our community, often return to see the School that gave them ‘the best school years of their life’.

The School’s Strategic Plan provides students with a balance between academic excellence, community values, and character and leadership development. Central to the Tudor House approach to education is inquiry and investigation-based learning. We hold onto the traditional view that children need to be children. With over 160 acres of park-like grounds, Tudor House provides each child ample space for interactive learning. Each day at Tudor, students are challenged physically and intellectually as they navigate a range of challenges. With an emphasis on ‘try new things’, students are able to build resilience, resourcefulness and strong relationship skills, while being fully supported on their journey of self-discovery.

With dedicated teachers and small class sizes, state-of-the-art facilities, and a co-curricular programme that takes learning outside the confines of a classroom, Tudor House provides its students with an active and engaging learning experience.

The King’s School, Tudor House is the only school in the Southern Highlands offering the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP). IB World Schools share a common philosophy – a commitment to high-quality, challenging, international education. We also have a renowned outdoor education programme, known as Kahiba, which enables students to experience orienteering, archery, mountain bike riding, canoeing, first aid, water safety, and outdoor cooking and camping. Our educational approach truly makes learning an adventure.

The King’s School, Tudor House also offers boarding for boys and girls from Years 3 to 6. Supported by nurturing pastoral care, we create an open and social environment for our students where they can learn to live cohesively and respectfully with others.

At The King’s School, Tudor House, the parents are just as involved as the students. They also share in the fun and make lasting family memories at our many community events, such as Billy Cart Derby Day, Kite Flying Day and Bonfire Night.
