ABSA's focus is to ensure that all levels of staff receive the professional learning they need - and not to only run national events which involve leaders in boarding communities.
EACH STATE OF AUSTRALIA HAS AN ACTIVE DIVISION WHICH PROVIDES REGULAR ACTIVITIES AND TRAINING FOR BOARDING SCHOOL STAFF.

Our State Committees ensure each State has a multitude of activities for all staff, at every level, to attend and reap the benefits of specialised professional learning. To be able to provide relevant and cost affective professional development to boarding staff is at the heart of the Association’s calling as these are the people that empower our boarders into the modern world.
