Boarding Standard - Self Assessment Application for Level 3

Please complete all information to apply to use our self-assessment online program SCUTA.

Our boarding school has now completed the Stage 1 and 2 self-assessment process coordinated by Mike Dunn and Intelligent Outcomes Group. During the process we identified and addressed deficiencies in our application of the Boarding Schools standard.

As part of this application for Level 3 I confirm the following:

  • our boarding school has successfully completed Stage 1 and 2 of the self-assessment process.
  • All deficiencies identified in both stages have been corrected and implemented.
  • our boarding school has developed the required documents to the standard we nominated in Stages 1 and 2.
  • our boarding school will complete Stage 3 within three weeks of receiving the login and password details from Intelligent Outcomes Group.
  • our boarding school will submit Stage 1, 2 and 3 reports as part of the Certification Application process when the Stage 3 report is received from Intelligent Outcomes Group.
